Purchasing an item is simple, quick and secure.

After browsing the online catalogue click on any items that you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket. You can add as many items to your basket as you require.

When you have finished click "proceed to checkout". The checkout is secure and you can enter your personal and payment details sure in the knowledge that your information is in safe hands.

If you are ordering for the first time you will be asked to "register with us". You should enter your email address and choose a password. Please enter your full name, delivery address, and your contact details. Please take care to enter this information accurately, as this will enable the smooth processing of your order without delay.

 

HOW TO PAY
You can pay securely online using Visa, Mastercard or major debit cards. All prices are in British pounds and including vat at the prevailing rate.

 

SIZE INFORMATION
To help you select the correct size please click on the "View Size Chart" when viewing a product.

Manufacturer sizes differ considerably so this is a very important aid to selecting the right product. If you would like further assistance regarding sizing and in particular getting the right size boot, please contact us via email or by telephone.

 

VIEW FABRIC DETAILS
When viewing a product, click on "View Fabric Details" if you want more detailed information regarding fabrics used in a product.

 

DELIVERY & POSTAGE
A charge of £4.95 will be added to your order for shipping & handling via Royal Mail.

Orders received by 12 midday will be shipped sameday for instock items. If your item or items are out of stock you will be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are sent next working day.

We regret that goods can only be supplied to UK addresses.

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returning products back to us is no problem so long as they are returned in unused pristine condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you want to re-order a different item or size please do this from the website as this ensures rapid delivery. Your credit or debit card will normally be refunded the day we receive your return. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend you use royal mail "proof of posting" for parcels under £20 value and "compensation fee parcel" service for parcels over £20.

We will refund your postage if your product is faulty or in the unlikely event that the wrong item has been despatched.

 

FAULTED GOODS
We will exchange, credit or refund any faulted item at full cost including your return postage. In some instances we may have to refer goods to the manufacturer to verify a claim under guarantee. Due to health and safety regulations products must be returned in a clean condition.
